This week’s article will be another Interview! But this time it’s not a new employee, we’re speaking to someone who’s been working as a Nursing associate in the NHS during these hard times. We’ve spoken a lot previously about staff shortages and my experience working in a Mental Health ward, so it will be great to hear about Nicola’s experiences working with the district nurses.
