Request data deletion

Ask Spatial Quotient to delete your FLOWFALL Inertia online account and associated data. You can request deletion here even if you have uninstalled the game.

A parent or guardian should handle requests for younger players.

Send a deletion request

Email spatialquotient@gmail.com with the subject FLOWFALL Inertia — data deletion request. You can use the prepared message below.

If you cannot access your player ID, include your player name and any board or approximate play details you remember. You do not need to reinstall the game to contact us. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership. Do not include passwords, session/access tokens or payment-card details.

What will be deleted

Your anonymous online identity and associated online scores, name-plate data and published ghost records. We check associated service data and leaderboard archives as part of the request. If any information must be retained for a legal or security reason, we will explain that when responding.

What stays on your device

Your local progress and settings are separate. Online deletion does not erase those saves, your purchased game or your store purchase records. Clearing the app's data removes its local saves. Connecting to online services again can create a new anonymous identity.
